Animated Corner Clock

THIS REQUIRES RAINMETER 3.3.0

So rainmeter 3.3.0 was released along with a new plugin 'Action Timer' that basically makes animations in rainmeter easier and waaaay less CPU intensive so I just decided to experiment with it a bit.

Shows the time in string form and with roundline meters for hours, minutes and seconds as well as music controls.
